**Peak Season
For Flowers and Gifts, please place your Order 24hrs in advance.
For Festive Hampers, please place your Order 48hrs in advance.

* All time listed are in Singapore Time (GMT +8).

* The delivery time may vary depending on the availability of the flowers.
We will inform you via phone or email if there is such delay.

** Besides our standard Free delivery time slots, we cater to special delivery time requests.
You can select 'time slots' both Free and Chargeable when you place your order in the product page.

* There will be no deliveries on public holidays.


Additional Delivery Information

We deliver same day when you place your orders before 4pm Monday to Friday.

We can often handle urgent delivery requests, please call to check for availability of flowers/gifts before placing your order online or over the phone.

If you require your orders to be delivered on Saturday or Sunday, please place your order by Friday before 6pm.

We do not provide deliveries to:
    -    All army camps                -    Jurong Island
    -    All PSA ports                -    Airport cargo complex

For deliveries during festive periods, please place your orders for hampers, flowers and gifts in advance to avoid any disappointment.

How much is the shipping charge?
We provide free delivery for the first delivery within Singapore. Please ensure that the recipient's address and contact number is correct and that someone is available to receive the gift.

In the event that the address is wrong or the recipient is not around, the gift will be returned to our office to arrange for another delivery date and time.

An additional surcharge of S$15 per additional trip and a touch-up fee of up to 50% of the original selling price may be applicable.
